Where to find the column definition & description of rep

Dear guys. Is there any one know where to find the column definition & description of report? Million thanks for your help!

Sorry. I did not crosspost it. I issue this question on the thread that is "high drop rate of performance test" right after question was been resolved. I ask this as follow question. ok, i killed the question you accidentally placed in the other thread.

if you look at the URL of the report while you are on it, then all you need to do is edit that file in /var/www/xxx/xxx on your server. At the beginning of the file you will find helpful notes and revision information. In the file you will find the sql queries which are the column definitions. The sql queries are what collects the information, the rest of the code formats it for viewing on the screen (after getting permission to access the records in the SQL server).
