Easy-prompt recording
Posted: Wed Oct 21, 2009 11:06 amI am trying to make a simple recording using the easy-prompt process. It doesn't work. When I dial 8168 on my phone connected to the Vicdial server, I get a message saying that my call cannot be completed as dialed.
Where should I begin looking to troubleshoot this issue?
