Jaguar, please read the manual (free at eflo.net) and let us know your configuration/installation/setup. if you can follow the instructions in the manual, exactly, let us know where you stop and we can help.

if your server has been installed properly, according to the manual, you should know the IP address which your agents will enter in Internet Explorer or Firefox to get to the server.
