Removing "Skip Lead" button on Agent's dial screen

hi, i am experiencing problems that are caused by a group of people that are abusing the "skip lead" button on their screens, this empties the Hopper before it can refresh & fetch new leads, i have increased the hopper level as far as 500 but does not help much, as i did not do the installation & config. myself, i am finding it hard to remedy OR make the change of removing the skip lead button,
also, the guy who did the install is unable to assist, may question is: can this be done??
if so, then what is the procedure & can it be done from the front-end interface?

any advice would be appreciated

Fire a few agents, then the others will learn not to abuse the skip lead button :)

You can edit the code to remove the sip lead button if you like. There is currently no easy option to deactivate it.
