Recording locations not being saved

Hi everyone,

This is the very first time I post here, but I have to say that the forums have been pretty helpfull even without posting before, thanks for the good job you are doing.

Anyways, Im stuck with this problem, after the recordings are moved from monitor to monitorDONE, I have noticed that the location of those files is not being saved to the recording_log table instead location is always NULL, and the file name instead of having the format specified in vicidial it is named after the channel that was used.

This happened on vicibox server 1.0

Any advice or suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Congratulations on your new "non-lurker" status.

1) Please post your entire configuration (put it in your signature). If you have been wandering around the forum for a while, you HAD to be expecting that! Vicidial version with build, asterisk version, any other software in the box, etc.

2) Have you read the manual on mixing the recordings and looked at your CRON setup to see how and when they are being mixed? The best information on this topic is within the script files themselves and there are some notes indicating WHICH script files in your crontab file, to help you get started. These scripts are responsible for proper formatting and placement of your recordings.
