OUTBOUND CALLS - NO LIVE AGENT

I have a campaign setup for making outbound calls with no live agents which leaves a reminder message. I have the campaign, remote agent, and list all setup according to the manual.

I ran my first list of telephone numbers to be called on Friday afternoon. Everything seemed to go well until about 2 hours after I left the dialer starting calling numbers from another campaign and leaving the message that I recorded for my reminder campaign. Any ideas why and what happened?

It started calling telephone numbers that with a totally different listid from one of our outbound campaigns where live agents get the calls.

In an earlier posting, I was told that these two different types of campaigns could be run simultaneously. This wasn't even the case on Friday. No outbound calls with live agents were being made at the time and the campaign lists for the outbound calls with no live agents was empty when I left.

In addition to the other post I have on this subject, what is the reason that the remote agent has to be set to inactive once the calls have been made?

I hadn't done this with the issue posted. I loaded the numbers to call and left the office. The next thing I know I'm getting calls at home about people from a totally different list getting calls.
