Calls NOT hanging up

I have a recent problem with calls not hanging up

Vicidial v2.0.4-119
Asterisk v1.2.30.2

very low load
Manual Dial

SIP phones (eyebeam)
Connect to Asterisk
IAX trunk to service provider

This is the message in the log when this happens:

WARNING[18476] file.c: Unexpected control subclass '20'

It only happens a 1-8 times per day.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Any reason you have not upgraded to 2.0.5?

I will keep a screen running on monday, but its always very low as this server never does more than 5 concurrent calls at once and its a quadcore Q6600 with 4gb.

call recording to tmpfs

No reason for not upgrading to 2.0.5 other than me being lazy - is the upgrade straight forward as I dont want to mess things up on the production server?

make sure you back up your mysql and your vicidial directories before you begin the upgrade.

full system image would be nice. (i like ghost 4 linux, g4l)
