Agents going to Auto-Pause

I have several agents logged into a inbound campaign, everything works great.

But at random times, the agents go into auto-pause.

Have anyone encountered this issue? Any idea what could be causing this behavior?

That is usually caused by either the agent workstation or the network connection between the agent workstation and the server. It can also be cause by an overloaded server.
