Phone trouble help plz :O)

Hi all
I have just upgraded to the lates rls of vicidial and i have some wierd things happening to some phones the phone is registering ok but it wont make any call at all it will recive incomeing form internial phones the phone has been working fine for a week ok but to day some are not

i have removed the phone from the admin page and the phone can still reg ok wierd

i have added a phone with out adding it to the admin phone reg and it worked fine as well

if i add a new phone to the network and change the phone number on a phone that is not working right to the new number it works fine then

agents can still recive call ok just they can not do any callbacks

anyone else haveing the same troubles :O( i have 50+ agents here and the upgrade is causeing me lots of trouble :O(

please post your entire configuration, including vicidial version ("Latest" is not a version number) and build. Also include any OTHER software installed in the box. Include your installation method. Include (in this case) your upgrade method (where did you get the instructions to upgrade by, do NOT say "the ones included", actually list the filename and directory, to avoid misunderstandings).

Also did you follow every line in the instructions to the letter and have NO error responses.

did you do a full backup before attempting the upgrade?
