i have process were i have to give the client the status of all the calls the dialer dialed.That is i want to find the exact reason for a failure of the call like busy, not reachable , No answer, etc..........instead of disposing them as new leads , or any other .
Is this possible in vicidial.........

we need to send the details or status of the numbers dialed by the dialer and was not matured as call due to the number were busy, disconnected no answer etc.,.....and we want the real staus of these cause ........is there any way we can get this
