Hi,

Can anyone give me an insight on when agents or why the agents might automatically be paused and they appear in PAUSE LAGGED state on the Real-Time Report?

LAGGED state is caused when the agent's web browser looses connectivity with the web server.

I can confirm that the issue seems to be related to a congested WAN link.
