SVN/Trunk Agent Performance Detail Report

Hi Matt,

Your ViciDial has become an amazing solution for a call center. I installed ViciDial (VERSION: 2.0.5-173, BUILD: 90320-0424) for an inbound campaign but unluckily there were some bugs as the wait time used to add with pause time. So I searched the forum and you suggested in a couple of forums to switch to SVN / Trunk and I swiitched to SVN/Trunk Too (VERSION: 2.2.0-222, BUILD: 91031-1232) with Asterisk 1.4.21.2. on Debian Etch

Now the wait adding with pause time issue has been resolved in SVN/Trunk as I don't see this issue now, however my Team Leader has been jordding down the pause time manually(paper) and when he compares the pause time with AST_agent_performance_detail.php they don't match at all.

Any suggestions please !!!

You would have to show examples with vicidial_agent_log entries and post how to duplicate the the problem.

I'm Confused, can you explain me more as how to show you the example of vicidial_agent_log entries.

After a very long brain storming with my friend we came to a see a bug that the last entry of an agent in Vicidial_agent_log was not adding up in loop defined in the AST_agent_performance_detail.php so we changed it and it is worked perfect
