Hi anyone can make this clear.
i want to setup a calling schedule based on our shift--> problem is when i setup calling time 9 PM - 8AM, is the reporting of the vicidial---how do i acquire reports when the reports are based on a per day or per date schedule..? like sample i login on NOV 23: 9pm then on 8am the date is change to 24..so my report will be cut between NOV 23 and Nov 24 based on my schedule---> is there away that i can make report based o my shift not on date...? :(

There are one or two reports that allow for date and hour to be defined, and there is nothing to stop you from creating or modifying a report to work across the time ranges you want.

how do i modify it mflorell....? it on the web admin management...?

You would need to know how to work with PHP in order to modify them.
