Wow.
The list is reset (ask and ye shall receive!).
Now it would appear that you have reset your list and the dialer will not dial the reset list (You may have overlooked mentioning that in your first post with all the information in it.)
So, for our other possibilities:
Make sure your list is
1) Active
2) In a campaign
Make sure your campaign has dial status's listed that coincide with the dial status's in your newly reset list. Make sure you do not have a filter set that causes these numbers to be unavailable to the campaign. Make sure your campaign does not have any calling times set that would make these leads unavailable (for testing, remove the filters and set calling times to 24 hours).
That being said, YES installing other software CAN break functionality in Vicidial. I have watched a 3 page long post turn out to be a Trixbox install that was NEVER going to work. Also, a scratch install on an OS that is not supported can cause all sorts of issues (unpredictable, and unusual, and apparently simple at first).
So PLEASE post your entire setup, put it in your signature so you don't have to debate it with anyone. And try to be specific to what your problem is and use the actual text from the screens you are looking at.
