ivr implementation with vicidial

Hi Matt,

We have to implement ivr with outbound process.
When customer picks phone at that time ivr will play and after that according to ivr process call will connect with that particular telecaller.

Please tell me how to implement ivr.

We call this feature SURVEY, it is in the campaign detail screen. Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?

Here i am looking one database table vicidial_ivr.
Which data come in this table?
Because I did work on Survey, but vicidial_ivr table always empty.

So, please let me know.

vicidial_ivr is only for use with the recording IVR AGI script. That script is for linear recorded IVRs and is only configurable in the dialplan.
