2 Agents Ending up with 1 Outbound Call in Same Confrence

I am running a vicibox install and we just started having some weird issues today. We have about 25 agents running on the system with 1 campaign.

Now what happens is agent 1 will be waiting for a call and the screen pops with a new call. After talking to the customer for 10-40 seconds they will hear the sound that plays when a new call comes into the conference and that will be agent 2 who was also logged in waiting for a call. It has been happening a lot today i would say about every 10 minutes or so and I have been trying to debug it but I really don't know where to look.

When it happens it is not always the same amount of time between when agent 1 is talking to the caller and agent 2 then comes into the call. Why would this be happening? I am running 100% sip with remote agents using agent dial-in in the trunk inbound context.

I am also having a similar problem where agents end up talking to other agents.

either your server is overloaded or your agent doesnt log out properly.
