Forbidden message from my IP

Hi

I got the following unusual error to us at CLI

That by the way I think it's correlated with the fact that agents were changed to lagged status in real-time monitor. Load server at that moment was 0.21

The IP address is dynamically assigned to me by my internet provider.

The issue of operator's sessions changed to lagged status started to happen since yesterday at least 6 times. Obviously agents stop receiving calls until they re-log in to the system

any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need a better internet provider.
