Maximum Adapt Dial Level DOES NOT WORK

Maximum Adapt Dial Level DOES NOT WORK

Usually when running ViciDial (under detail menu) I have the following settings in place:
Dial Method: Adapt_Tapered
Auto Dial Level: 4.0
Available Only Tally: Y
Drop Percentage Limit: 3%
Maximum Adapt Dial Level: 4

and when I change the Maximum Adapt Dial Level to 10 with Available Only Tally the MAX lines will go to 12 but it will auto dial accordingly. While doing this the Auto Dial Level will move with the Maximum Adapt Dial Level.

After the last shift manager ran the dialer when I put a number in Maximum Adapt Dial Level to change my lines the Auto Dial Level never moves.... how do I get these to sync back up and when I type in a number for Maximum Adapt Dial Level the dialer actually take this command and start changing my dial level.

I am sure you are going to be asked for vicidial version, platform you run it on, etc. So please provide the forum with that info.
