Ingroup Setup

We have 3 ingroups "In 1", "In 2", "In 3". We have an outbound campaign "Out 1". In the campaign settings for "Out 1" we only have "In 1" selected for the "Allowed Inbound Groups".

In the Users section we have "Agent Choose Ingroups" set to 0, and "Inbound Groups" "In 1", "In 2", and "In 3" is all checked.

Even though the only allowed ingroup for the outbound campaign "Out 1" is "In 1", when the agent logs on, they're logged into all the inbound groups.

It seems like the "Inbound Groups" in the user section takes precedence when "Agent Choose Ingroups" is set to 0. If "Agent Choose Ingroups" is set to one, then the agent will only have the ability to select "In 1".

Is there a way to have the "Allowed Inbound Groups" take precedence when the "Agent Choose Ingroups" is set to 0?
