Adding VM Boxes

We're trying to add VM boxes using the Voicemail section in the VICIdial admin panel. These VM boxes are not associated with a phone. Instead they're associated with a DID. When we create a VM entry in the phone section, it creates the VM fine in voicemail-vicidial.conf. If we simply add a voicemail box in the voicemail section, the voicemail does not get created in voicemail-vicidial.conf.

Also, since it's a multiple server setup, which box is the VM entry created on? Is it created on both or just one? We have a DID route going directly to a VM box, a DID route going to an ingroup, then a VM box when the hold time is exceeded.

You set the main voicemail server in the System Settings section of admin.php -> Admin
