agents change phone number

Hi !

my cuestion:

agents can change the main phone number and call back?

1) "Question" not "Cuestion" :)

2) Alternate number dialing is available in the system and can use the alternate number field as well as the "address 3" line if you choose to use it that way.

3) This can be handled manually or via autodial, depending on your setup.

Read the manual (available on EFLO.net), and if you ask for it in your native language it may be available or someone may help you translate it!
