System Changes Agents Status Automatically to CLOSER

We have a problem with a handful of agent accounts in our system. When the agents login to an outbound campaign and IN-GROUPs, they receive one call. After they disposition the call, the system puts them in to a CLOSER only status and they are no longer transferred any inbound calls.

Here our the specs of our system:

- VD Version: 2.2.0-232
- VD BUILD: 90920-2108
- Asterisk: 1.2+
- OpenSuse: 10.2

Load Avg is about ~ 2 on our system. We are running a seperate DB server that is not under heavy load.

We checked the properties of these accounts and they seem to be exactly the same as other accounts which don't have this problem.

Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any idea of why the system would put them in a CLOSER mode?

For these agents the real-time screen says "CLOSER" in the status column. The other agents say "READY" in that column. When these agents first log in they are in the "READY" state.

When they click on the GROUPS link in the top corner what do they see?

Did they select BLENDED when they logged in?

I have no theard of this happening before as you describe.
