Identify cients in an inbound campaign

Is it possible to make the caller identify himself, dialing thier client number, in an inbound campaign in order to make a decision if I want to pass the call to an agent or route to a voicemail for example?

You can make the caller enter an ID number(VIDPROMPT options), but how exactly are you wanting to make a decision to talk to them or forward to voicemail?
