Moniter Remote Agent's Live Call

I am working on an application which uses vicidial as PBX. My application is not using vicidial interface for any purpose and logs In the agent as remote agent. Is there any way to listen or barge-in a live call of the remote agent? Also, is it posible for remote agents to pause/resume the call recording (without using vicidial interface)?

You would have to manually set up something like ChanSpy to monitor remote agents.

There is no way for agents to start and stop recordings using "remote agents".

In both cases you would have to build your own agi/asterisk dialplan functions to perform these tasks as you are outside the vicidial system entirely.
