combine inbound & outbound report...

Postby Plat » Sat Oct 27, 2012 1:29 am

AST_inbound_daily_report.php
show it like that, but include outbound calls as well

kinda like the team_performance_report does
i dont need all those stats, just the stats like the inbound_daily has...

needs to show PER in-group on one page...right now you gotta select one group only..., i need them seperated on ONE page one under the other...i need it to include outbound calls as well WITH the inbound... any ideas?

if the calls in the report are broken by ingroup ... which "ingroup" do we assign the outbound calls to again? I'm not sure that's possible.

Your best bet would be to create an issue in the Vicidial Issue Tracker (at the top of this page) and then post a link to it here.

You could also consider sponsoring it if you wanted The Vicidial Group to add it to the application. Or hiring someone to write it if you don't need it to be in the "base" system, just your server (only The Vicidial Group can guarantee inclusion in the actual application, others like us merely create customizations ... which may or may not be valid with the next upgrade).

Nope. Not at all actually, as your original post contains pretty much only external references. So I get that you want "a" like "b" but I do not have time to "go check b" for you.

I can say that any report is possible, though, if that helps. And that if it is a useful addition to the application you should post it in the Vicidial Issue Tracker and consider sponsoring it.

If you want it in the Base Code (permanently), you should really consider sponsoring it. But if you want it quickly, you may consider paying a Vicidial consultant to perform the work and then to submit a DIFF file against the latest SVN version to hopefully get this added to Vicidial's base code that way while getting your version quicker.
