I have configured outbound campaign it's working fine

I have pointed for inbound did 30988000 . it was working fine while mapped to a phone extension .

But it was not working properly while mapping did to ingroup for inbound campaign .

It was playing ivr No available agents.

pls have a look while login inbound campaign below mentioned link . It was not showing ingroup list in closer inbound group selection page.

Pls any body hear to help me to fix this error . I was keep on posting same issue in this forum from apr-16 but . no response
