Setup a Missed Called Campaign

I want to setup missed call campaign using vicidial

When called on particular did calls should be hanged up directly and data should be captured

Has any body done this please check

server config: intel i3 cpu, 4 gb ram, Vicidial Scratch Install, Centos 6.9 64bit

You can set the route of that DID to voicemail or IVR but to simply hangup is against common courtesy practices and several regulations and guidelines.

you need to change dialplan. like, when customer calls to your DID number it should ring 2-3 times and disconnect the calls automatically.
and it will add as a new lead. Later you need to change your campaign settings to Autodial or manual preview to reach customer.
we have successfully integrated this..
