Chrome password manager confused about phone login vs user

I see this issue a lot amongst agents. They login through chrome and the chrome password manager pre-fills their stored username and password. But the problem is that it also fills the username and password in the phone login and phone password fields, it cannot make a separation. Is this something that can be fixed?

Since it seems to be a browser-specific issue, "fixing" it may cause issues with other browsers that are working properly. There is no clean solution, only options that have downsides. When that is the case, we usually do nothing.
