Inbound monitoring on realtime page

Any plans on having on the realtime monitoring page a section for inbound calls? Integrating it on the realtime page instead of having it here: http://IP_ADDRESS/vicidial/AST_timeonVD ... IP_ADDRESS makes more sense to me. This way, it's not confusing if you have blended campaigns whether the "call waiting for agents" is outbound or inbound.

That sounds like an excellent feature request for the issue tracker. Could you go into a bit more detail about what you are looking for?

What I'm actually looking for is to have the total number of incoming calls displayed on the realtime page. Currently there is no way of distinguishing if "X number of calls waiting for agents" are from inbound or from outbound calls. It would also be good to have a link on that page where it leads to a page listing all the inbound and outbound calls in queue or being called.

I have added a new option to the timeonVDADall page in SVN to show waiting call details which will show the inbound-group a call came into as well as the group's color on the call and the amount of time they have been waiting.
