Hmm, did you just get that list from a client or vendor?

Yes, if properly configured VICIDIAL can do all of those things.

iam trying to deploy the same
so those option required by the campaign


so how can i achive this,
you put a trick word, can be achieved

It would take a very long time to explain step-by-step how to achieve each of these features. If you do not know how to do any of these things with VICIDIAL I would suggest hiring a consultant who has been installing VICIDIAL for a while.
