i know nothing about Vicidial set up and nothing about behind the scene configurations.
I just know what i like and what it should do!

It's my understanding configuration should take
about 1 or 2 hours to complete installation, depending
on skill set.
So I have a budget of $30.00 to $60 USD.
It depends on any extra's you can impress me with.

Later, i will want some more vicidial fancy stuff,
Like a CRM intergration,
Vicidial CRM customizations and etc..
Technician on stand by....
which means more task in the future, which means a steady
pay for the right technician whom can speak well and impress
me with his Vicidial Creativity etc...

boybawang is certainly capable and inexpensive (or he was, I'm not sure if he's gotten expensive in his old age yet). but do start with either Vicibox.com's .iso and installation instructions (followed by The Vicidial Manager's Manual from beginning to end without skipping any pages). Or if you really need simplistic, there's Gardo's GoAutoDial 3.0 CE installation (I believe instructions for the base install are on his Wiki where you get the .iso). Still follow the Vicidial managers manual when done, but goautodial has some simplistic wizards that improve the learning curve. after a while you'll either graduate to the real install (vicibox) or decide you love goautodial and stick with it forever. LOL 8-)
