Anyone getting calls and emails from a "Fillip" (fillip2533@yahoo.com), be aware. Below is my short experience with him (*WARNING* NSFW and trigger language):

OK, I was gonna kill this as inappropriate (personal attacks and such). Then I read it. I have a tech who wants to know the details of "Psycho Dialing" (for clarity).

Since it appears genuine, I'll let Matt decide if it's worthy or not instead of interfering with a conversation you apparently want to take public. I'd love to hear the rebuttal from the client in question. I may need some popcorn, though.

This isn't a very complicated story. I have never worked with this person before; who begins our relationship by calling and emailing me over and over again. I reply with "This is not appropriate…"

You can see his response. Buyer beware. If he replied to me, I wouldn't know as I simply black holed his emails and blocked his number.

However, if someone else wants to work with him, at least they can go in with their eyes open.
