Hi,

just installed vicidialnow. and testing it
3 questions :
- how can i make it work with my existing asterisk server (currently elastix) for all extensions registered on this server
- how can i use internal FXO cards for analog/ E1 telco lines
- how can i create an inbound queue so that all inbound calls from telco are managed by agents with popup of customer info

You need to create an IAX/SIP trunk connecting your VicidialNOW server to your Elastix server. On the Vicidial side, create your agent's phone extensions and set them as "EXTERNAL" on the "Client Protocol" option. Create the necessary dialplan in "/etc/asterisk/extensions.conf" of your VicidialNOW server that connects it to the Elastix trunk extensions.

Have you read the Manager's Manual?

"correction by mflorell, the manager's manual will NOT show you how to install FXO cards in your system"
