Hi,

Wanna add a new limited admin account but i couldn't

admin-users-add a new user. giving it a name a password -user group as admin.clicking submit

and even reloading asterisk.but when i try to connect to the server using that new admin account i couldn't connect.

1) When you complete teh creation of the new user and click submit ... what is the result? (Does the resulting page say Success? or Fail?)

what level you have given ( 7, 8,9) will be the used as admin 7 only for report section
