Silent Calls Dropped After A Few Seconds

HP DL160 G6 Server (470065-188)
1 x E5504 2.0ghx Quad Core processor
4Gb memory
2 x western digital 160Gb & 1 x seagate 160 drives - originally Raid 5
1 x SCSI adapter - lSI 203201E LSI Logic

Vicidial 2.9 RC1 (2.9.441a)
Asterisk 1.8.23
CentOS 5.10 base OS

Please help,
I'm experiencing the following issues, autodial successful places call from list, but I hear no sound, also after around five seconds the call is dropped, I seen this written about but haven’t seen the solution to this..I’ve tried this on HP-ProLiant-DL160-G6-Server-E5504-2-0-Quad-core-processor, and also on a VM.
