Play recording while on a call

I would like to know how to setup and play a recorded message while the agent is on call. For example: An agent is finished on his/her script then he goes to the transfer, the agent just dial an extension then a message is played. How to make that kind of setup? Just searched google and the forums and its really hard to understand. im a new user though
