Hi Everybody
I have this issue and don't know how to fix did someone has the same issue?this is happenning only with freeswitch as a sip carrier
situation: vicidial 2.9-441a , configured usually with campaiogns agents and I setup a new sip carrier this carrier is a freeswitch softswitch
when I make a manual call from the agent's softphone the call is ok
when I make the call from the predictive configuration , the call is established but when it attempt the 60 sec a displayed message appears on the agent's screen "Dial timed out, contact your system administrator"
while the communication is established with the lead
this is hapenning only with freeswitch carrier
do someone has this issue ?
do someone can help me to fix this?
