Creating a script for predictive mode

Hi all,
I'm new here. I'm using ViciDialNow - GoAutoDial since short time.
I have 15agents but the predictive mode still place calls too slowly, sometimes avg wait time is over 3 minutes.
Autodial mode is too aggressive an I want drop call are not over 5%
Someone can help me in well tuning this campaign or writing a predictive script.

try using, Available Only Tally: to N. when agents are logged, tyr you wil get better results on call flow

Hi, thanks for your answer. Are there any another trik to keep cal flow high and avg wait time low?
Now I'm using only predictive mode because of dropped %. In Italy drop % must be not over 5%.
