Hi,

I am trying to install GoAutodial 2.1 and GoAutodial 3.3 on a new machine using .iso image. Both of these installation attempt cannot get past "Error downloading kickstart file". If I select cancel, it asks me to load driver, which i have no idea what and how.

Intel Core i7 6700 3.4Ghz
MSI Z170A PC-Mate
16GB DDR4 2400MHz
1TB SATA

Note: SATA RAID and AHCI mode only, no IDE/Legacy mode option in the BIOS.

I had no problem installing any of these two versions on older models.

I tried the Scratch install for GoAutoDial 3.3 but had a problem with leads loading using custom format. Column headers does not appear on the drop-down when mapping fields. It just shows "" on the drop-down list.

You could just switch to Vicibox instead of Goautodial. More recent images make it much more likely to result in success.

As for the failed CSV, is this a "known-good" CSV file you've tested on another installation? Some versions of Vicidial had a flaw, but those issues were fixed some time ago, and I don't recall any of them being versions that coincided with a GoAutodial release.

That's exactly what I did since I cannot get past that error. We're using Vicibox for several months now. No issues were encountered as what we had with GoAutodial.
