Hey, i know how to add the files to the audio store and then to create the MOH entry to add the files to. The issue is that it keeps appending the audio for previous MOH entries before.

eg. If i create MOH ABC with Linkin Park and then i create a second MOH DEF with Eminem it add the Linking park infront of the Eminem in the second MOH. IS there anyway to correct this?

You are using 6 year old software, I would suggest upgrading to the most recent VICIdial version by backing up your existing server and using the VICIbox.com ISO installer.

Thanks. I figured i'd get a response like that. The decision is not for me to make though so all i can do is to say that's what it is and they decide if they wanna step up. Personally though i'd just upgrade the entire system and call it a day.
