Calls are going blank

Postby vijo » Thu May 17, 2018 6:43 am

Dear Team,

I have installed vicidial 2.14 in centos 6.9 Server. After installing everything was fine.

I have created campaign and in groups with ring agent with mobile numbers.

But now iam facing some issue

1.) -: When ever the incoming call comes the calls are forwarding to agent but once the agent answered the call the call is going blank its disconcerting and the customer call is still not disconnected and the customer call gone blank.

2.)-:for some calls when the calls are are forwarding to agent but getting disconnected after 5 to 10 seconds and in the vicidial still shows that the agent in call and customer call still not disconnected.

3)-: For some calls is waiting in queue and agents are free but still the calls are not dialing out to agents.

Attached the log for Issue 1:

check agent phone
also check your carrier setting that you allowed codec that is available in your server

also it due to incomplete or error installation, reinstall server with fresh cd with fresh ISO download
