Outbound to IN-Group

Hello,
I have a problem with Press-1 Camp
after running this type of camp in goautodial don't check any agent online or not and just start autodial.
this way, after customer, press-1 no agent to handle this and calls hang up.
now I'm looking for, how can use outbound camp and after that customer go to IVR then Press-1 and going to IN-Group with Agents.
