I want to know if VicidialNow supports Sata Native mode. IF not when you are planning to add this support in VicidialNow project.

VicidialNOW is based from CentOS 5. You can check http://www.centos.org for the list of what motherboards CentOS 5 supports. We are currently working on updating VicidialNOW to CentOS 5.1 for better hardware support.
