You need to tell us a lot more information:

- will you be recording audio of the calls?
- are you doing inbound, outbound or blended calling?
- if outbound, what line ratio will be the maximum?
- if you are using VOIP trunks, what codec will you use?

Hi

Its all depends on the setup you plan for.

in general for more than 40 seats going loadbalance or modular solution will be a good idea like

web/mysql one server
vicidial for every 20 agents one server.

ram

the mantra - Multi server multi server multi server.

more than 25 seats with recording and g729 on a single server? Expect downtime :D
