I use VICIDIAL NOW v2.0.95 , when i logg to Astguiclient agent the phone doesn't ring, i think there is no interaction between asterisk and vicidial, when i try the command : screen -ls, i have that:
there are screen on :
2867..vicidialnow (Dead???)
2807..vicidialnow (Dead???)
2243..ASTVDadapt (Detached)
2245..ASTfastlog (Detached)
2183..asterisk (Detached)
2687..vicidialnow (Dead???)
2985..vicidialnow (Dead???)
2589..vicidialnow (Dead???)
2475..vicidialnow (Dead???)

VICIDIALnow questions belong in the VICIDIALnow forum.
you should check that your manager.conf settings are set properly and that you followed the VICIDIAL installation instructions.
