I have installed VicidialNOW 1.1rc1. How do I change the server time to GMT +2 after installation?

You need to install "system-config-date" as root. Run this:
yum install system-config-date -y
This will install system-config-date from the CentOS repositories. We'll include this system tool by default on the next release. Thanks for pointing this out.
