hi i have already installed vicidialnow on vmware server and the default configuration give the ip 192.168.1.2 but i cant access to web interface 192.168.1.2/vicidialnow/admin.php i can make ping between vicidialnow and mi computer.

Make sure you have chosen a bridged network for the vmware session, this can be changed while the machine is running.
Then make sure all of the networking from the vmware session is good.
Suggest to login to the vicidial server and check
1. resolv.conf, check for valid nameserver
2. ifcfg-eth0 , add a GATEWAY=192.168.1.x for your router
Make sure you can ping the router and dns server from the vicidial server.
I did this on initial setup and all worked well.
Then make sure all of the networking from the vmware session is good.
