I got Calls for CA and WA states at 3:31 PM GMT which means local time of 7:30 AM. I guess we are NOT supposed to call before 9 AM.

How to set up that ?

Its Not preset ?

In your LIST page, does it show different time zones? If so what are they?

For the dialer NOT to call before 9AM local time of the person you are calling, it needs to know ... the local time of the person you are calling.

So ... in your LIST, does it have the time-zone for each lead?

If that is not filled in system does not know the time-zone for the lead, it is not able to filter by time.
