hi;

I want to understand the different parameters to configure Dialer for a compaign in VICIDIAL ( Hopper Level , Dial Method, Maximum Adapt Dial level,Adapt Tntensity Modifier , Dial Level Differnce Target....)

s there a doc can help me?

Have you read all of the docs included with the package?

You can also read the thousands of forum posts or even the source code. It's all open.

soumaya , buy the managers manual and by spending 100$, u can save more than 10000$ ... Trust me....
