Manual Call FAILS from Agent Portal :

Anyone faces this issue ?

If I try 100 calls, 30 goes and other 70 are blank !!

If I dial a number form the Portal and if it AM, dialer doesn't throw the call to an agent ?

Agreed..

But out of 100, it happens in 70...

So, may be Asterisk log file will help ?

Kindly help me with the location for the log file !!

most linux distros keep logs in /var/log
